Matthew Cleaver

Matthew Cleaver is currently the CEO of SMBHD. Prior to this, they were the Salesforce.com Practice Lead and Sr. Manager at Technology Services Group in Chicago from April 2011 to November 2012. Matthew has also worked as a Project Manager at Fenwal, Inc. from September 2007 to August 2008, and as a Sr. Systems Analyst at Hospira from July 2005 to September 2007. Additionally, they were a Sr. Project Manager at Abbott Laboratories from September 2008 to April 2011, and they started their career as a Business Systems Analyst Intern at Abbott Laboratories from June 2003 to January 2004.

Matthew Cleaver has a MBA from Capella University in Information and Technology Management. Matthew also has a BS from University of Wisconsin-La Crosse in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science. In addition, they have certification from Microsoft in Microsoft Office 365 and certification from Salesforce in Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator (SCAA), Salesforce.com Certified Administrator, Salesforce.com Certified Force.com Developer, and Salesforce.com Certified Sales Cloud Consultant.
