James Bell is the President of Bell Expert Services, LLC and serves as the Director of Construction at SMC Construction Co. They have also held roles as a Building Inspector for both Summit County Utah and the City of Saratoga Springs. Prior to their current positions, James was a Superintendent/Project Manager at SMC Construction from 2019 to 2022 and owned Xmodz Gaming from 2008 to 2012. They are a veteran who served as an Infantry Soldier in the US Army from 2006 to 2008 and are currently pursuing education at Central Texas College, Weber State University, and New Horizons.
