Andrew Shutt

Andrew Shutt is a seasoned marine consultant with extensive experience in the offshore renewable energy sector. Currently serving as the Managing Director at Coast Marine Consultants Ltd since September 2015, Andrew previously held the position of Marine Consultant at Andrew J Shutt Marine Consultant, where responsibilities included ensuring safe vessel movements on wind farm construction sites. Between December 2011 and May 2013, Andrew was the Technical Superintendent at Dalby Offshore Renewables, managing technical operations and client relations for various vessels. Andrew's career began in the Royal Navy from September 1970 to September 1982 as a Chief Weapons Electrical Mechanician, supervising missile launchers in submarine service. Andrew's educational background includes attending Hipperholme Grammar School and Bradford Grammar School.
