Welcome to SMCPS. We work with organisations on practical digital change, capability building, and the crucial points where business strategy, technology choices, delivery pressure, and day-to-day reality all need to line up.

In modern business, these problems are rarely neat. They sit in the "messy middle" of organisational life, and they are almost never solved by one discipline alone. Too often, a great deal of effort, time, and budget is lost when the thinking isn’t clear enough from the start. That is where we come in.

Founded by experts bridging the gap between human capability and technical architecture, SMCPS is built on a simple premise: technology only works when the people using it are supported, and change only sticks when it is grounded in reality.

WHAT WE DO:
We partner with organisations to create the conditions that make good decisions and useful change more likely. Our core expertise spans:

🔹 Digital Change & Capability: Learning, organisational change, user adoption, and building the internal capabilities required to make transformation stick.
🔹 Technology & Delivery: Solution architecture, AI, automation, and maximising the value of platforms like Microsoft 365 and the Power Platform.

OUR APPROACH:
We don’t do jargon, and we don’t do change for the sake of change. We believe in clear thinking, practical delivery, and plain English. Whether we are unpicking a complex architectural challenge or guiding a workforce through new ways of working, our focus is always on practical, measurable impact.

Follow our page as we share our thinking, insights, and practical advice on digital change, technology delivery, and decision-making in complex environments.
