Kar Payumo

Kar Payumo is a seasoned professional currently serving as Sales Director at SMDC, where they have been since 2021. They also hold a position as Senior Sales Head at New San Jose Builders Inc., having transitioned from a previous role as Bank Financing Head within the same company. Prior to these roles, Kar was a Sales Director at Filinvest Land Inc. and has extensive experience in the real estate sector, including a tenure as a Licensed Realtor and General Contractor at Pinkflex Realty/MVR Builders.
