Rhoneil Caimol

Rhoneil Caimol currently serves as the HR Head at SM Development Corporation since January 2019, bringing extensive experience in human resources leadership from previous roles including HR Director at TELUS International Philippines and Regional HR Director for Manila and India at Concur Technologies. Early career positions include Director of Human Resources at Deltek and HR Manager for Organizational Development at TELUS International. Prior to transitioning into the corporate sector, Rhoneil contributed as a faculty member for both graduate and undergraduate programs at St. Louis University. Academic credentials include a Diploma in HR from Miriam College, an MS IT (candidate) from Saint Louis University, an MA in Philosophy, and a BS in Management, both from Ateneo de Manila University.
