Thrace Alcalde has extensive experience in sales and marketing within the real estate sector, having held significant roles in various organizations. Starting as a Property Consultant at Robinsons Land Corporation from January 1998 to December 1999, Thrace advanced to the position of Sales Manager, focusing on sales and organizational growth. Thrace later served as Sales Marketing Consultant at BANFF Realty and Development Corporation and held leadership roles at Vista Information Center as Head of Brokers and Networks Group/General Manager from January 2017 to September 2020. Additionally, Thrace worked as International Sales Director for South East Asia at Vista Residences Inc. in 2015, leading sales efforts in the region. Currently, Thrace is the Director of Property Investment at SMDC, a position held since November 2024.
