Justin Rivera

Justin Rivera is an accomplished professional in engineering and additive manufacturing with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Texas Tech University. Currently, Justin serves as the Vice-Chair of the Additive Manufacturing Emerging Professional Committee and is a member of the Composites Committee at SME. As a Senior Technical Engineer at Airtech Advanced Materials Group and a member of the JDMTP Composites Sub-Panel under the Office of the Under Secretary of Defense for Research and Engineering, Justin is actively involved in advancing composites technology. Additional roles include participation in the Executive Conference Committee for AeroDef Manufacturing and ownership of Texas RWB Realty LLC. Justin's extensive experience at Bell Flight spans multiple engineering roles, including contributions to the FLRAA and FARA Build Teams, rapid prototyping, and innovation fabrication. Earlier career highlights include leadership as President and Co-Founder of the Texas Tech Formula SAE Team, internships, and co-op positions related to engineering design and testing.
