Michael Laney

Michael (Mike) Laney, MBA, is the Vice President of Supply Chain at Smead Manufacturing Inc., where they focus on empowering employees and fostering a collaborative work environment. With extensive experience in international procurement and operations, they previously served as Senior Director of Supply Chain at Smead and held various leadership roles at Katun Corporation. Michael began their career in supply chain management with Tires Plus, managing significant inventory across multiple retail locations. They are currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration in Marketing at the University of St. Thomas.
