Camilla Andersson

Research leader in regional air quality and effects

Camilla Andersson is a Swedish researcher who specializes in air quality modeling and its effects, serving as the Swedish focal point for the IPCC. With a PhD in applied environmental science from Stockholm University, Camilla has conducted extensive research on air pollution exposure and its impacts on human health and the environment. They have worked at SMHI, focusing on regional scale chemistry-transport modeling, and have developed novel validation methods and conducted scenario calculations. Camilla is also committed to teaching and collaborating with environmental authorities and organizations in developing countries.
