Albert Kuo

Albert Kuo is an experienced professional in software tools development and engineering services, currently serving as a Senior Manager in Design Enablement at SMIC since 2009, where responsibilities include leading efforts to enhance workflows and automate development flows. From 2012 to 2014, Kuo co-founded an independent entrepreneurship venture focused on developing security solutions for network stability and corporate server protection. Prior experience includes serving as Software Release & IT Manager at Altera from 1994 to 2008, overseeing release activities for extensive software products and managing IT infrastructure for research teams, and working as a Staff Engineer/Senior Sys Admin at Aptix between 1992 and 1994. Kuo holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from Stony Brook University and an undergraduate degree from National Taiwan University.
