陈其道

其道 陈 is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the semiconductor industry. They began their career at SMIC as a Section Manager of Yield Enhancement from 2001 to 2007, later advancing to the role of Director, overseeing Process Integration, Yield Enhancement, Metrology, and WAT from 2011. They also served as the Assistant Director of Process Integration. 其道 holds a Bachelor's degree and a Ph.D. in Chemistry from Tsinghua University, as well as experience as a Visiting Scholar at CSIRO in Australia.
