海涛 阎 is a seasoned professional in the semiconductor industry, currently serving as the VP of Operations at 中芯国际 since 2014. They manage a billion-dollar semiconductor fab operation with a monthly capacity of around 80K, focusing on technological advancements and production efficiency. Prior to this role, 海涛 held significant positions at GLOBALFOUNDRIES, Chartered Semiconductor, and HHNEC, where they developed and optimized various etch processes and contributed to key innovations in manufacturing. They earned a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Shanghai University in 1998.
