邹小卫

小卫 邹 has nearly 20 years of experience in advanced semiconductor process validation, implementation, and development of device process models and testkey IP. They have served as a Principal Engineer at Charter Semiconductor and HHNEC, and as a Manager at Apexone. From 2001 to 2003, 小卫 worked as a Senior Engineer at Macronix International, and from 2008 to 2020, they held the position of Senior Manager/Technical Expert at Huawei HiSilicon. Currently, 小卫 is the Director of MS IP & IO at SMIC. They earned a PhD in Material Physics and Chemistry from the Institute of Microelectronics at the Chinese Academy of Sciences from 1996 to 2001.
