William Lee

William Lee has extensive experience in the semiconductor industry, currently serving as the Vice President of Sales and Marketing at SMIC since 2007, where responsibilities include worldwide customer engineering. Prior to this, William held the position of General Manager of Asia Pacific at Jazz Semiconductor from 2004 to 2007, during which an Integrated Circuit Design Center was established in Shanghai. William's earlier roles include Senior Department Manager at TSMC, focusing on advanced logic integration and sales management from 1998 to 2004, as well as serving as a Technical Manager at TI and a Board of Directors member at CASPA. William began a career at the IBM Research Division as a Scientist from 1990 to 1993. Academic credentials include a Ph.D. from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and an EMBA from National Chiao Tung University.
