Andre Tan is an experienced technology professional with a strong background in software development and project management. Currently serving as the Technical Director for Compliance and Automation at Smile Digital Health since February 2022, Andre has previously held roles such as Technical Manager and Senior Software Developer. Prior to this, Andre worked at Philips from July 2019 to January 2022 as a Development Lead and Team Manager for North American development teams focused on interoperability solutions. Andre's career also includes extensive experience at Forcare Holding B.V. as a Senior Integration Consultant and a technical lead on various projects. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree from Utrecht University and a BSc in Computer Science from HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht.
