Eric Bates, MBA, BSN, RN, CENP, serves as the Sr. Director of Patient Care at Northwell Health, specializing in Critical Care, Stepdown, and Cardiology since March 2008. With a progressive career, Eric has held various roles including Director of Patient Care Services for Cardiology and Assistant Director of Nursing for Cardiac Services. In addition to clinical leadership, Eric contributes as a Fellow at The New York Academy of Medicine and participates as a volunteer with Smile Train's Cleft Community Advisory Council, focusing on outreach, education, and advocacy.
