Ben Lee is currently serving as the Head of New Business Development at Smilegate, a role they have held since 2017. With a background in business development, Ben has previously worked at various companies including Zepetto Co., where they led global business initiatives, and NQgames, where they oversaw global operations. Their earlier experience includes strategic roles at NAVER Corp and Netmarble Company. Ben holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Pepperdine University, which they earned in 1999.
