Busra Islek has a diverse work experience in various roles. In their most recent position as a Content Manager at Smiler, they handle writing and managing content. Prior to that, they worked as a Copywriter at Leads.io, where they collaborated with designers and marketers to develop clear and concise copy for ads, marketing materials, and websites. Busra also gained experience as a Communications Specialist at Canvas Responsible for Strategy & Creativity by assisting clients with digital trends and social media strategies. Busra has also worked as a Brand Specialist at Brita Fashion, where they managed the brand's social media presence and content, developed communication plans, and supervised a team. In addition, Busra has experience as a Procurement Trainee at The Coca-Cola Company, where they managed the supply portfolio, worked with the marketing team on procurement requirements, and implemented sourcing strategies.

Busra Islek completed their Master's degree in Communication and Media Studies from Vrije Universiteit Brussel in 2019. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and International Relations from Istanbul University, from 2012 to 2016. Busra also attended Cevre College from 2007 to 2012 for their high school education.
