Mateusz Olszewski

Mateusz Olszewski is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in growth strategy and account management. Currently serving as the Chief Growth Officer and Co-Founder at Climatica since August 2022, Olszewski focuses on developing sales and marketing strategies, building customer relationships, and driving revenue growth. As Co-Founder and CEO of Smiley since January 2021, Olszewski has successfully established a premium dental brand. Previous roles include Partnership & Category Manager at JOKR and Key Account Manager at Procter & Gamble, where Olszewski managed significant budgets and led strategic initiatives in the oral care category. Olszewski holds a Master’s degree in Accounting and Finance from SGH Warsaw School of Economics and a Master’s degree in Business and Administration from Kyungpook National University, complemented by a Bachelor of Engineering in Power Engineering from Warsaw University of Technology.
