Šmit Electronic was founded in 1994. At first, the primary business was software development, followed by the retail.

In 2008, the company started its own brand development - Sbox - which offers notebook bags, mounts, mice, keyboards, headsets, earphones, mouse pads...)

In 2015 the White Shark gaming was founded with the goal of providing high quality gaming items at a fair price. Brand offers: gaming mice, gaming keyboards, gaming chairs, gaming mice pads...)
