Karrie Willis

Karrie Willis serves as Chief Operations Officer and Chief Financial Officer at Smith since September 2020, contributing to the agency’s mission of transforming client potential into performance. Concurrently, Karrie holds a board membership at MSA Professional Services, a consulting firm focused on addressing infrastructure challenges. Previous leadership roles include Principal at ExecHQ™, Chief Financial Officer at United Language Group, and significant positions at POPP Communications and Connectivity Solutions. Karrie co-founded Summit Fire Protection, rapidly expanding the company to $100 million in revenue within three years. Karrie began a career in public accounting at RSM and holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse.
