Steven Bergman

Steven Bergman is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sales operations and business management. Currently serving as VP of Sales Operations at Smith since January 2011, Steven oversees operational management of lead management, pricing and contract processes, revenue forecasting, and KPI reporting for the executive team. Previous roles include Sr. Director of Business Operations and Director of Business Operations at Smith, where Steven led significant integrations and operational improvements. Prior experience at Cactus Commerce involved collaborating with Microsoft on the Commerce Server product, while earlier positions at MTS Allstream and MONTAGE focused on program and project management for multiple high-value software initiatives. Steven holds an MBA from the University of Ottawa, a Project Management Certificate from Algonquin College, and a joint Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and Applied Math from the University of Waterloo.
