Doug Smith

Doug Smith has extensive experience in both the construction and real estate industries. Currently serving as a Special Inspector at Smith-Emery since September 2015, Doug specializes in structural steel bolting, structural welding, and reinforced concrete. In addition, Doug has been a broker at California Financial Real Estate since June 1994, with roles as both a mortgage broker and a real estate broker. Doug's construction background includes positions such as Construction Laborer, Drill Rig Oiler, and Miner across various companies between 2008 and 2015. Doug holds two Bachelor of Science degrees in Business Administration and Finance from the University of the Pacific, completed between 1985 and 1989.
