Nick Grassi

Nick Grassi has over 17 years of experience in project management, currently serving as a Project Manager at Smith Fire Systems Inc since October 2006. In this role, Nick leads projects through all phases, including initiating, planning, executing, and closing, while managing scope development, validation, and control, along with schedule, change, and cost management. In addition, Nick is a Board Member of the Board of Building Appeals for the City of Tacoma since August 2019, where responsibilities include reviewing and approving updates to various building codes. Nick holds a Project Management Certification from the University of Washington Tacoma and a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Bates Technical College.
