Kris Pratt

Kris "KP" Pratt currently serves as the Executive Vice President and Chief of Staff at Smith Garson, a position held since January 2023. Prior experience includes serving as Chief of Staff and Deputy Chief of Staff to U.S. Representative Peter A. DeFazio, as well as Legislative Director roles for various congressional offices, including those of U.S. Representative Rush Holt and Congressman David Wu. Additionally, Kris was Southern Regional Director for the California Democratic Party and has held positions in campaign management. Educational background includes a Bachelor of Science degree in Agriculture/Food Science from Clemson University.
