In 2004, our company started with three carpenters offering home building services in the Bristol area. Over the years, we have evolved to become the full-service construction company that we are today.

Our staff is a diverse community of professionals - master carpenters, building science experts, solar experts, master electricians and construction managers. Many of our staff have been with Smith & McClain for over a decade, a testament to their exceptional talent, passion for building, and integrity. Together, we have executed complex projects and cutting edge designs, a reflection of our collective wealth of experience and versatility.

At Smith & McClain we strive to be a great company to work for and with. We know that the success of our projects are directly related to the relationships we develop, not just within our own team, but with our clients, subcontractors and other professional partners as well.
