Andy Stites

Andy Stites has extensive work experience in quality assurance and engineering roles. Andy started their career at Patton Electronics as a Hardware Engineer, Firmware Engineer, and Validation Engineer from June 2001 to May 2003. Andy then worked at Perfectiv Inc as a Software Engineer from May 2003 to May 2005. After that, they joined Tollgrade Communications as a System Test Engineer from June 2005 to June 2010. Andy then worked at SmartOps as a Quality Assurance Engineer from June 2010 to March 2011. Finally, they joined Smith Micro Software, Inc., where they held various roles including Lead Quality Engineer from March 2011 to October 2014, Manager of Quality Assurance from November 2014 to June 2021, Director of Quality Assurance from June 2021 to November 2022, and currently holds the position of Senior Director of Quality Assurance from November 2022 onwards.

Andy Stites attended Grove City College from 1997 to 2001, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering.
