Charles Messman

Charles Messman is the current VP of Investor Relations & Corporate Development at Smith Micro Software. Charles has over 20 years of experience in the industry, and has been with Smith Micro for just over 2 years. Prior to joining Smith Micro, Charles was with eGain Corporation for 3 years.

Charles got their start in the industry with MKR Group, which they owned from 1999 to 2013. MKR Group is a boutique firm that specializes in Investor Relations. Charles grew the company significantly during their time there, and established strong relationships with analysts and investors.

Charles is highly experienced in capital markets and has a proven track record of success in increasing company visibility and liquidity. Charles is an expert in investor marketing, and their unique approach has resulted in tangible results for their clients.

Charles Messman attended Iowa State University, where they earned their Bachelor of Arts in economics.
