Li Lan

Li Lan is an experienced professional in the field of research and development, currently serving as a Senior R&D Manager - System Engineer at Smith & Nephew since October 2018. In this role, Li Lan leads a multidisciplinary engineering team to develop innovative products and improve existing solutions. Previous positions include Principal System Engineer at Smith & Nephew, Senior System Engineer at ResMed, and Senior System Engineer at Hill-Rom, where Li Lan earned the Hill-Rom President Innovation Award. Additional experience includes roles as a Research Scientist at the Institute of Microelectronics, A*Star, and as a Research and Development Engineer at both Panasonic and Mindray. Li Lan holds a PhD in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from Nanyang Technological University, as well as a Master of Science in Biophysics and a Bachelor of Engineering in Biomedical Engineering, both from Huazhong University of Science and Technology.
