Scott started at Smith+Nephew as Vice President, Sports Medicine and subsequently expanded his remit in progressively senior roles. Scott was promoted to Senior Vice President, Global Marketing, Sports Medicine and ENT in 2016, and in 2020 became Executive Vice President, Global Marketing and US Commercial, Sports Medicine.
