Balagee J is a seasoned tax professional with 15 years of experience in U.S. taxation and currently serves as an Associate Director at BTL, overseeing U.S. tax operations and training initiatives. Balagee built a solid foundation in tax strategy and compliance through roles at prominent firms such as EY and RSM US LLP, while also mentoring the next generation of tax professionals. An Enrolled Agent and CPA candidate, Balagee is pursuing a Bachelor’s in Accounting from Loyola College and has earned multiple advanced degrees in accounting and taxation.
