David Dennard

David Dennard, CPA, MAcc, possesses a diverse professional background in accounting and education. Starting as an ESL Teacher at Bridge Linguatec from 2011 to 2012, David specialized in teaching business English to professionals at multinational companies, focusing on curriculum design and administrative support. Transitioning into the accounting field, David has held various roles including Tax Specialist at H&R Block and Tax Intern at Johnson, Hickey, & Murchison, where responsibilities included tax return preparation and client consultation. David's expertise advanced to senior positions as Tax Supervisor and Senior Tax Accountant at Johnson, Hickey, & Murchison, culminating in the role of Tax Manager at JHM Certified Public Accountants and currently at Smith + Howard. Academically, David holds a Master's degree in Accounting from The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga and a Bachelor's degree in History from The University of Georgia.
