Mark Abrams

Mark Abrams is a Tax Partner at Smith + Howard Advisory LLC, where Mark has been serving closely held businesses and their owners since June 1998. As a member of the Real Estate and Transaction Advisory Service Groups, Mark brings extensive expertise to tax planning and compliance. Prior to this role, Mark worked as a Staff Accountant at Hancock Askew & Co LLP from January 1996 to June 1998, handling audits, compliance needs, and tax return preparation for small businesses. Mark holds a Master of Taxation (MTX) from Georgia State University's J. Mack Robinson College of Business and a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting from The University of Georgia.
