Ryan Mitchel

Ryan Mitchel is an experienced assurance professional currently serving as an Assurance Supervisor at Smith + Howard since December 2022, focusing on audits and assurance services for non-public companies and not-for-profits. Prior to this role, Ryan held various positions at VWC P.S., including Assurance Senior and Audit Senior, and also gained valuable experience as Audit Staff. In the early career, Ryan worked as a Resident Firefighter with Missoula Rural Fire District and as a Business Tutor with TRIO Student Support Services. Additionally, Ryan held the position of President for the Sigma Nu Fraternity, Gamma Phi Chapter, demonstrating leadership skills through fundraising and organizational governance. Ryan earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting from the University of Montana.
