Prior to joining Smith&Smith®, Jason held the position of Branch Manager at Instant Windscreens & Tinting and was the Owner & Managing Director of Post Automotive Care. With a strong foundation in operations established during a long tenure as General Manager Operations at Starbreak, Jason consistently demonstrated leadership and strategic capabilities, contributing to significant growth and operational excellence across multiple regions. Academic credentials include certificates in Sales Management and Brand Management from the University of Cape Town.
