Lisa Gebhardt

Lisa Gebhardt has worked in various roles throughout their career. Lisa started with Johnson Controls in 1998 as an Accounting Analyst and worked there until 2002. From 2002 to 2006, they worked as a Lease Abstractor at Virtual Premise Inc. Lisa then joined LEGO Systems, Inc as a Senior Accounting Analyst from 2007 to 2008. Since 2008, Lisa has been with Smith & Wesson, where they have held multiple positions including Equity Compensation Manager from 2008 to 2015, Manager Compensation, Equity Programs and HR Operations from 2015 to 2019, Senior Manager Total Rewards and HR Operations in 2019, and currently holds the position of Director Total Rewards and HR Operations starting in 2020.

Lisa Gebhardt holds an MBA in Finance from Georgia State University - J. Mack Robinson College of Business, earned between 1996 and 1998. In addition, they obtained a BS in Accounting from SUNY Geneseo between 1988 and 1992. Lisa also has additional certifications, including "Driving Workplace Happiness" from LinkedIn (obtained in October 2022) and "Certified Equity Professional" from CEPI, Santa Clara University (obtained in June 2011).
