Fenton Burgin

Fenton Burgin is a Debt & Capital Markets Advisor and the Partner and Head of Debt & Capital Advisory at S&W Group, an Oaklins International network company, where they provide strategic advice to public and private companies on financing and restructuring. With over 30 years of experience in investment banking, M&A, and corporate finance, Fenton has advised on more than £20 billion of debt facilities and built diverse teams to enhance business growth. Prior to joining S&W in 2024, Fenton led Deloitte UK's Corporate Finance business, achieving a significant increase in revenue and team size. They also served as a Non-Executive Director on the Corporate Finance Faculty Board of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales, representing thousands of M&A professionals. Fenton holds an Associate degree from the Chartered Institute of Bankers and a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in History from the University of Nottingham.
