Jamie Johnson is an experienced M&A Deal Principal currently at S&W, specializing in advising shareholders and company directors on mergers and acquisitions, fundraising, and corporate advisory. Jamie began their career as an Audit Junior at Jeffrey Henry and has amassed extensive experience in corporate finance roles, including at Merrill Lynch and Deutsche Bank.
