Mark Benka is the Head of Transaction Services, currently leading a team that advises private equity firms, corporate clients, banks, and family offices. With over 15 years of experience at PwC, Mark specializes in financial due diligence and SPA advice related to acquisitions, divestments, and refinancings. Mark has overseen more than 100 transactions across various sectors, including industrial products, renewables, and technology, leveraging extensive cross-border expertise in regions such as Europe, the US, Asia, and South America. Currently, Mark is also pursuing an M Eng degree at Oxford University. Before joining S&W in 2025, Mark was a partner at Evelyn Partners from 2018 to 2025 and served as a director in Transaction Services at PricewaterhouseCoopers from 2000 to 2018.
