Matthew Walker

Matthew Walker is currently the Director of Transaction Services at S&W, where they lead due diligence efforts for private equity houses, corporates, and family offices. Before this role, Matthew served as Associate Director at S&W and held various positions at PwC, including Assurance Senior Associate and Senior Manager in Deals, managing audits and working on significant buy-side transactions. Matthew earned a Bachelor's Degree in Economics and Politics from the University of Bristol after attending Winchester College.
