Simon Symes

Simon Symes is currently the Director of R&D Incentives at S&W, a position they have held since 2025, and previously served as the Director of R&D Incentives Advisory at Evelyn Partners since 2022. From 2005 to 2022, Simon worked at Deloitte as an Associate Director in Innovation Tax Services. Their earlier experience includes roles as a Senior Systems Engineer at CosmoCom (2000-2005) and Product Support Manager at PMSC (1996-2000), as well as a Systems Engineer at Dun & Bradstreet from 1986 to 1996. Simon is pursuing a Postgraduate Diploma and a Master of Science in Computer Science from The Open University.
