Will Webber

Will Webber is a seasoned professional in business development within the financial services sector, currently serving as the Director of Business Development at S&W since 2023. With a background as a Commissioned Army Officer in the British Army, Will led teams in high-pressure environments and successfully managed large-scale projects. Previous roles include positions at BlackRock and St. James’s Place Wealth Management, where Will demonstrated a talent for client relationship management and strategic growth. Will is also pursuing a Bachelor of Engineering in Automotive/Motorsport Engineering at Coventry University and is passionate about inclusion and diversity, particularly through involvement with the Diversity Project. In their personal time, Will enjoys building and racing motorbikes and cherishes moments spent with their baby girl.
