Melanie Elie

Melanie Elie has a diverse work experience spanning several years. Melanie started their career at Voyages Algonquin in 1999 as a Travel Agent, where they worked until December 2002. Melanie then joined PlantCML in 2002 as an Accounting Clerk, a role they held for seven years until September 2009. Since then, Melanie has been working at Smith, where they have held multiple positions. Melanie started as a Senior Accountant in September 2009 and held this role until May 2022 when they became a Finance Manager. Currently, Melanie is working in Smith as the VP of Finance, a position they have held since February 2024.

Melanie Elie completed a Certificat in Accounting at Université du Québec en Outaouais from 2001 to 2004. Prior to that, they pursued a degree in Tourism with a focus on Travel & Tourism at La cite collegiale from 1998 to 2000.
