Eric Samore

Eric Samore is the Class Action Chair at Amundsen Davis LLC, where they have been an equity partner since 1997. A founding partner of SmithAmundsen LLC, they have defended over 200 class actions across more than twenty states, handling claims ranging from consumer fraud to unauthorized release of personal data. Eric secured a pivotal victory in the Seventh Circuit, setting a higher standard for class certification adequacy. They have been recognized extensively in Law360 for significant class action rulings, and their leadership has earned their team a national Tier 2 ranking in Mass Tort Litigation/Class Actions by U.S. News - Best Lawyers. Outside of their legal career, Eric takes pride in their family, including their wife Betsy and four sons.
