Emily Flint

Emily Flint is a seasoned Meeting and Event Manager at Smithbucklin, with experience in various roles at USO from May 2012 to August 2021. In the capacity of Regional and Field Relations Manager, Emily acted as the main liaison for over 65 mission delivery and fundraising staff, contributing to an $80 million annual revenue goal through effective gift processing and donor relations. Emily previously served as Field Operations Manager, overseeing 150 staff members and expanding signature special events, which grew participant numbers significantly.
