Heather Rich

Heather Rich, MPA, is the Executive Director at SmithBucklin, having held this position since 2016. Previously, they served as the Operations Manager for Certification Services at the American Health Information Management Association from 2008 to 2015, where they developed departmental policies and streamlined operations. Heather also worked as a Certification Manager for the American Osteopathic Association in 2015-2016 and had experience in finance at Springfield Service Corporation from 2006 to 2008. They hold a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources Management and a Master of Public Administration focused on Non-Profit Management from DeVry University.
