Michael L. Payne

Michael L. Payne serves as the Executive Vice President at SmithBucklin since 1985. Additionally, Michael L. is the President and CEO of the International Association of Airport Duty Free Stores since 1991. Michael L. also serves as a Liaison at the United Soybean Board since 2003. Payne holds a Bachelor's Degree in Journalism, Political Science, and History from the University of South Carolina.
