Zack Lambert

Zack Lambert is an experienced instructional designer and education strategist currently serving as the Manager of Instructional Design within the Education and Learning Services at SmithBucklin since September 2017. In this role, Zack collaborates with association leaders and subject matter experts to create effective learning experiences and educational products, while also identifying learning gaps and opportunities for improvement across various associations. Prior to SmithBucklin, Zack held the position of Education Manager and Instructor at Compliant Healthcare Technologies, where responsibilities included developing and assessing a sales training program and collaborating with senior management to enhance training for employees. Additionally, Zack served as a Regional Field Consultant, addressing patient safety risks through effective communication with clients. Early experience includes tutoring at Varsity Tutors LLC. Academically, Zack earned a Bachelor of Arts in Education from Eastern Illinois University and attended Aurora University.
