Amanda Cool

Amanda Cool has extensive experience in quality assurance and test engineering within the pharmaceutical and medical device sectors. Currently serving as a Supervisor/Test Engineer in the Chemical Lab at Smithers since May 2019, Amanda oversees the Quality Management System, ensuring compliance with FDA regulations and ISO standards, while providing training in quality systems and regulatory compliance. Prior to this role, Amanda worked at Smithers Rapra as a Quality Coordinator and a Physical/Chemical Testing Technician at RadiciGroup. Amanda's career began with an educational internship at The Akron Zoo. Amanda holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology and Chemistry from The University of Akron.
